Cancellation Policy
Life can get busy and to help you remember your psychology appointment, a courtesy text reminder is send three days prior to your session. Please reply with a clear ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to this message.
If you would like to reschedule, please send an email to info@sunnypsychology.com.au or reply via text message to the automated appointment reminder message. You will be contacted to reschedule at a time and day convenient for you.
You may cancel your appointment at any time. When appointments are booked, the whole hour is reserved especially for you. Therefore, there is a cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on the waiting list. At intake a new client will receive the complete privacy and cancellation policy.
- Please note the following cancellation fees apply:
When less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, 100% of the session fee will be charged. - When less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Medicare does not cover cancellation fees. Thank you for respecting the practitioner’s time.
